Temakwa Kennels has been raising and caring for sled dogs since 1957. Located near Whitehorse in the Yukon Territory of Canada, Deborah Molburg Bicknell and her kennel are dedicated to long-distance racing. This two time World Champion Sprint Musher's focus is to maintain a small, selective and well cared for racing kennel.

IDITAROD 2008 - Red Lantern Winner!
Deborah Molburg Bicknell finished the 32nd running of the Last Great Race, Iditarod 2008. She finished in 15 days, 5 hours and 36 minutes as the distinguished Red Lantern Winner and is now the oldest woman to have completed the Iditarod.
